I have no idea what to make of this Artist...

NIGGA

is it a joke? Why is he such a sleazeball? What is Raggaetron? Why does his unique brand of 'the romantic sound' sound so shit? I know Argentina is far away, but surely someone at his record company had some idea of what words are banned on US and European radio stations? Is the Aregentine Raggaetron scene really so big that they aren't even interested in being able to sell records to the rest of the world??

So many questions left unanswered.

he's from panama!

reggaeton's been huge in latin america for years now and to a certain extent in the US because of inmigrants, to the point that some mainstream US rap is very reggaeton-flavored...

but yeah, the name backlash was huge...he's now being called 'flex' for US marketing purposes

Probably that some dude (who is whiter than he is black) is using the word 'Nigga' as a recording name. Oh and that he's making reggaetron. If he was some Brixton grime MC it would be bad enough, but a reggaetron artist from Panama? Give me a fucking break.

It's Reggaeton byt the way. You made it sound like some Reggae Transformer...

And it's truly shit...

Oh I know it's reggaeton, and I have unfortunately had experience with the genre, but reggaetron as a word sounds much better than reggaeton. I'm trying to elevate the whole mess as best I can.
