Go For It!

Here's an excerpt from Go For It!, a film by Hal Jepsen & Wilt Chamberlain from the late 70s. I've put the whole 15 minute bit up but maybe the best bit is 1.20 into the first video where they're skating a drainage system and they all look so young and free and it looks like the most fun ever. When I see this I think about how I'm 25 and unfit and how I haven't done any exercise in seven years and how great it would be to be 15 and Californian and healthy and in the sun and it gets me down so much that I am basically crying as I type this.
